In this final Session, the Real Estate Manager will learn the theories behind successful Adult Learning.
The Real Estate Manager will learn why and how people learn and be able to use this knowledge
to teach their Sales Agents new skills.
The Manager will learn how to prepare for and then deliver a training session by breaking the content
into smaller components. Real Estate Managers will learn that they need to allow their trainees adequate
supervised private practice time to help build their confidence.
