  • SESSION 05 - SAYING IT AS IT IS - ASSERTIVENESS FOR THE REAL ESTATE MANAGER

  • This Session will teach the Real Estate Manager that everyone has the right to be assertive and to speak up. 

    Managers will learn that when they act assertively, this will have an immediate positive effect on their team. 
    They will learn that they should always act assertively and encourage an assertive attitude from their Agents. 

    Managers will discover that they will be able to disagree with their Agents without this adversely affecting the 
    relationship they worked so hard to build from the outset. And that being honest about the relevant aspects of an 
    issue is always the best way forward, even with the high flying Agents, who may wrongly believe that they are untouchable.




      1. An examination of what assertiveness is in practice 
      2. Why aggressive behaviour has few advantages and many drawbacks for the Real Estate Manager 
      3. Why submissive behaviour is equally as unproductive and that the Manager should always avoid it 
      4. How to be honest with Sales Agents without them taking the feedback personally 
      5. How to say No to an Agent whilst keeping the relationship intact
